By the time they have stock, it will be cheaper than that. Why would you want to tie your money down for 30 days undecided

Next time, simply order for a replacement screen with frames from aliexpress and look for a good repair guy to lift the parts from old to new. I suffered the same faith with him. Learned the hard way. Rocking my redmin note 5a prime with quality screen from aliexpress. Thanks to noboody for hookn me up with redmin note 6 pro.

I took my RN4 with a Bad Screen to replace at Repair pal @ikeja My Experience so far has been a total Dissapointment.
They Changed the screen and two black dots appeared at the Top. The Capacitive Touch buttons stop Lighting up and the engineer said it is because the screen is not Follow come only follow come can light up.
The Next day after repair the screen stopped responding to touch. I took it there they gave some yeye reason "fixed" it and gave me back
After that it still occasionally doesn't respond to touch
I also Noticed that my Power and Volume buttons No longer work i Open the screen with Fingerprint only and Lock it by holding down the Home Button.
Another thing I noticed dirt and particles easily go under the screen, as i type now there are visible particles of dust beneath my screen
Their Engr promised to change it if the black dots left assuring me it would disappear thw next day. But look now 1 week after it's still there i can't be going to Ikeja anyhow cos Of time and transport i also use my phone to Work 24/7

My question is this those that have Changed their Redmi Screens did you experience this same things mentioned above[/quote]

Hello guys... Can anyone recommend a very sleek and handy phone. I don't want a big phone because I already have a tab. Like 5inches or 5.5inches screen at most. It must have

1. 3gb ram or more
2. Good camera
3. Must be very light & sleek & handy
4. Good battery

Budget: 70 - 100k

iPhone 6 Plus is a 5.5inch and it's most certainly a big phone. You need to be more specific about size and weight.

Redmi Note 7 size is pretty standard in 2019 and smaller than the iPhone plus sized phones.

The way people complain bad of MIUI is so sad. I've been browsing for like 5 hours straight on 4G nd i haven't experienced any bug or lag, the ram management is good nd moreover am on MIUI 10.2. I'm currently running like 12 apps presently nd it loads the apps pretty well. I'm actually using RN6Pro tho...

How are you browsing for 5 hours straight but still leave to open 11 other apps? grin

Mine RN6P isn't laggy but cannot hold up to 12 tabs open on chrome much less apps.

Will first want to acknowledge that we are not above mistakes. At my last count we have serviced SEVERAL (PROBABLY OVER 100) Xiaomi users from Nairaland alone. It is funny how people are quick to castigate you when things go wrong but FAIL TO APPLAUD YOU WHEN THINGS ARE RIGHT (guess that how life is generally). We maintain that MOST NAIRALAND USERS ARE SATISFIED WITH OUR SERVICE ( and we would really love those who we have done repairs for and are satisfied to indicate this)

Now to this particular case....

This is a NOTE 4X and I believe this phone has been in use for quite sometime. This particular person eventually brought back the phone a second time and the power/volume button has been fixed. Would have appreciate if he had contacted us first however... Points to note:

1. The power/volume buttons were ALREADY WEAK WHEN THE CLIENT BROUGHT THE PHONE ( he has been using it I presume for over a year)
2. On the screen issue, YOU WON'T FIND ANY VENDOR SELLING EXACT XIAOMI SCREENS THAT CAME WITH YOUR PHONE (WHAT IS USUALLY CALLED FOLLOW COME). IT DOESN'T MEAN THEY ARE INFERIOR LIKE SOMEONE INFERRED. GORILLA GLASS AND OTHER LIKE TECHNOLOGIES CANNOT BE REPLICATED ON TOUCH DIGITIZERS ON 3RD PARTY REPLACEMENT SCREENS...
It doesn't mean THEY ARE INFERIOR/FAKE. Few times, we get bad screens from our suppliers or screens that malfunctions after sometimes but we usually try to rectify all such cases.
3. When this user brought the phone however, WE WERE UNABLE TO REPLICATE THE SCREEN ISSUE HE COMPLAINED ABOUT ON OUR END ( WE HOPE IT REMAINS THIS WAY)

THANKS TO ALL XIAOMI USERS FOR THEIR PATRONAGE...
The Main Issue here Was that my Screen would not Respond to touch? Is that supposed to happen
My Capacitive Buttons did not come on and Dirt under Screen
I came the SECOND TIME to your office Without Saying anything here at all still problem was there
Then today again i Came
Why so many Bad Reports about screen replacement.
And I'm not even the First Obviously
I've learnt my Lesson.
Thanks

So far I have been using my poco on the pie update and I haven't face any single issue, open multiple apps, played pubg, planning on playing fortnite tonyt. The thing is this, most ppl don't know how a software works, but I don't want to waste my tym explaining, the internet is place for such things u can Google it, but the thing is this, if u r using a mobile phone and u encounter any bug on it, and someone using that kind of device don't, just try resetting ur phone, belief me it works perfectly!. Through out the tym I used my redmi note 5 no matter how much ppl complained, I never for once have any issue on it, everything was working smoothly.

You not having any bugs/issues on your Pocophone is a good thing.

I don't have some of the issues that tons of people have been telling me about in my comment section.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=by9s8KsByiQ

Some of these issues didn't come with updates tho like screen bleeding and lack of touch responsiveness.

I don't invalidate their complaints coz 1. I'm no expert and 2. there might not be an easy fix.

I feel lucky to have issues that i can live with.

Just 12 tabs. Maybe that's peculiar to RN6P because I open up to 20 active tabs on RN4. Right now, I have 16 active tabs opened on chrome.

I have watched that review even b4 I got d phone, also watched some India's review, no critical complain so far, I even asked some ppl in d miui forum b4 I updated the phone, and someppl also told me they had no issue., I guess it's a unit issue not software, some unit are not perfectly fine.
