in association with marvel (creative role) Sony only finaced and produced. Going forward Sony only produced and distribute spider man movies in which the character is the lead but marvel has creative lead, but if spider is in the MCU movies Marvel has both creative and distribution rights.

Simple,Sony still owns everything, the only difference is that the character can now appear in the MCU: for Sony, this means that they finance and produce Spider-Man movies and take the full gross but they are now part of the MCU and can draft in associated characters; for Marvel, they can use Spider-Man in Avengers-related films that they again finance, produce and take all the profits from. To make that clear, Sony took home none of the ticket sales from Civil War, Infinity War and Marvel had no direct financial stakes in Homecoming and upcoming Far from home.

For the casting and the likes, Marvel may weigh in their opinions, but that's just it, Sony can decide to carry it out or not, Case in point Marvel wanted Charlie Plummer to play Spidey, Sony decided on going with Tom Holland. And even before the deal, Marvel were still consulted in earlier Spidey films like ASM 1&2, so it isn't a big deal to consult the source company, being that they only benefit from the merchandise sales. So just give it a rest and move on

It's still fresh, but I liked it and disliked it. James McAvoy gets to chew the scenery. The first act is good, but the third act may annoy you. I was able to guess the ending, maybe I've read too much comics that I can see those strings. I'm honestly still 2 minds about it, I don't think I can give a rating.

Being a gem as it is, there's not really much out there of its kind, I think the closest movie to it is "8 Mile", have you seen it?

Guykhena. As a battler, I'm not surprise you felt the movie. Like damn! My jaws was wide open when I heard the lines dropped. Lord! The savagery in the movie is legendary. Given its produced by Eminem.

It's definitely a rewatch for me, any day any time.

And any lifetime,, the killer lines, mets, wordies ,punchlines gave me goosebumps all through and my favourite, Personals. Lol,,, funny enough I've debated this with a couple of my friends about how Personals not used right can become a cancer in battle rap. Though Ben being a Vet shouldn't have felt Salty when Adam went all Lucifer on him ,, but dude that was seriously cold o even to me , I mean talking about Ben's daughter with Cystic Fibrosis, I felt bad laughing at the lines, how did you take that scene?
