No one is above the law, be you the President, CJN or even Senate President. If the NBA President and CJN are guilty, they should be made to face the music. If Buhari too is guilty, Nigerians should kick him out next month 27 Likes 4 Shares |

INCASE THE SPIRIT OF FORGETFULNESS HAS ENTERED YOU TOO. THIS IS WHAT THE CJN IS SAYING HE FORGOT HE HAS AS AT TODAY'S VALUE. The Standard Chartered Bank dollar account 1062650 with a balance of $391,401.28 on January 31, 2011. Total 391,401.28*359 = N140,513,059.52 The Standard Chartered Bank Euro account 5001062686 with a balance of EURO 49,971 .71 on January 31, 2011. Total 49,971.71*404 = N20,188,570.84 The Standard Chartered Bank pound sterling account 5001062679 with a balance of GBP23,409.66 on February 28, 2011. Total 23409.66*455 = N10,651,395.3. TOTAL N171,353,025.66 With the newly discovered 600 MILLION. GRAND TOTAL: 771 MILLION NAIRA! Your CJN forgot he has ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-ONE MILLION, THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND, AND TWENTY-FIVE NAIRA, SIXTY-SIX KOBO in accounts. Then you are angry a trader is helped with N10,000. Thunder fire your generation. YOUR MADNESS JUST BEGAN. END OF DISCUSSION....... 30 Likes 7 Shares

As it is, the chief Justice of Nigeria(CJN) is above the law. The National Judicial council (NJC) which is constitutionaly vested with the power to discipline the Chief justice before CCT can properly try him is ironically being chaired by the same chief Justice(i.e the CJN is the chairman of the NJC). Virtually all members of the NJC were appointed following the chief Justice recommendation. The question is - how can the NJC discipline the CJN? So many things is just wrong with Nigeria. Our problems too many. 17 Likes 1 Share |

post=74929572: The idea is to be stupid but not to be shamelessly stupid. You, my friend, are shamelessly stupid. The comparison here is faulty. The minister was guilty and due process was followed. Let due process be followed in the CJN’s case. He didn’t steal the wealth. He worked for his money. His mistake is not declaring and let the law try him first. Your media trial won’t work. The bogus amounts you mentioned is laughable. Nigeria is bigger than you and the rest of you holding this nation to ransome. 31 Likes 3 Shares |

tegrianonigltd:Truly, It's not Buhari's fault that the person you answer his name doesnt leave any legacy for you and your siblings to have a good life. We, Baba's children are proud of what he did in his youth to make sure we have a good life. Don't blame us for another father that decided to be playing pool, drinking and smoking around in the village while his mates joined the military and others did something good for the future of their children. TRUTH IS BITTER tho! Live with it kid! 8 Likes 2 Shares |

OgeFather: The judiciary that is mostly accomplice in fraud and looting. If a nation's jurists are corrupt and violates the laws how will they administer justice? Imagine the number of public officials that went to cct for asset declaration a week following arraignment of cjn. This is the change I hope to get. 1 Like |
