SO MANY NIGERIAN YOUTHS ARE INDEED JOBLESS!!.

I can't believe how one will make NAIRALAND his office, commenting on every post. Sometimes, just read & get d f**k out. They even comment on irrelevant topics too.
Ur mates are busy attending to clients at their workplace.

...If u're not Jobless, what time would u have to not just been active on NAIRALAND but always commenting on every thread & struggling for FTC as if its a quest given by GULDER to get a handsome reward.

They know themselves.

Ha, that on is not a worst experience na... that's like saying you will encounter other cars on the road.
Roadblock and driving in Nigeria is an expected, common occurrence. If I don't drop about at least N500 during my trip for police, I've not travelled far.

The one that pains me the most is when I was trying to avoid pothole at roundabout in Owerri last May, dem con hold me say: "why did you enter the other lane if you're entering rounabout?" So I should enter pothole and jam my shock abi? Long story short, after begging and more than 30 minutes, dem comot 7k from my hand. Otherwise, they for impound the car, then I would pay more to free it later. I don't mind dropping small change 100 or 200 here and there for journey mercies, but ... dat tin pain me eh...

But that stomach thing... me and my guy went to our favorite joint early one morning before our trip... no new soup, so we took soup from last night. We didn't feel too bothered until about 3 hours into the journey when we started sweating profusely. Adding to our woes, we had just come to an army checkpoint, so you know we have to maintain composure before story. Chai after 5 painful minutes we left the checkpoint... if you see how we raced to find bush. We came down, he went left, I went right... I con scatter my stomach for ground... whew!

That thing hold me for like two days before I got myself back. Moral of the story: be very careful of what you eat before your journey. Since then, I pack bread, mineral or bottle water, epa and banana for my trip, plus keep amoxicillin in the car. Also carry like 10 pure water, soap, and some tissue in case of incasity.

I experienced the one on misdirection recently. As in, people won't just say I'm not sure of the route. Was driving from Ilorin to the east and got to Omu aran. Asked directions from some nurtw guysfor navigating ekiti state to kabba in kogi state which was the route everyone takes. They convinced me to leave ekiti and take the straight oteh road to kabba that it was "shorter". I agreed because I didn't know the road. Mehn that was the biggest regret I've had on a journey. This stupid oteh road increased my journey by atleast 2 extra hours. By the time I got to kabba the people we would've gotten to kabba together should by then be in auchi or even uromi.
