princetom1:He was governor on PDP's platform. On the day of election, it is the name and logos of parties that are on the ballot paper. Duke cannot win any position as a representative of the party that he is in, now. |

Silly mushroom candidates who are contesting without having representatives running for the national assembly. Do they think they would have dictatorial powers? |

LZAA:1) We always knew oby will eventually step down because the race was an after thought for her. 2) Yea, u can pack the not so important ones like oby bt forget it, sowore will never work with a criminal element even in his dream. Atiku is not an option for a conscientious Nigeria... All these una propaganda of work with atiku is just a pipe dream... Shebi una dey do rally and over confidence dey worry una, why disturb us wey dey do our own thing jeje nau? Na by force to join this set of useless, moronic, criminal set of humans? Shift jare.... Sowore all the way. Vote AAC |

Oblongata:The UK operates a parliamentary system where even minority parties can make a difference. In the First Republic, even parties like Urhobo Progressive Union were able to win seats in Nigeria. Don't compare parliamentary and presidential systems. In a presidential election that uses first past the post system, any vote for third party candidates is essentially wasted. |

princetom1:They don't even know what party he is in, his party can't even afford to have agents at all the polling stations. You think elections are just about announcing you are contesting? |

LZAA:Does it mean he shouldn't have contested despite having a progressive ideas and plan different the oppressors that have been ruling us for ages? Her type of mindset is what is keeping the country aground, nobody want to act differently from the status quo despite not being satisfy with what is happening, it is an high level of hopelessness....

I was listening to someone on the radio who's said he had traveled for work in 16 states this year, and of all the 16 states he traveled only 2 states have people heard about the third wheel political parties. Most of the states he traveled to are in the south not to talk of the north, the fact remains that APC & PDP are the only parties with solid grassroots that comb around every nook and Conners of the country. The 2015 election PMB got 15m votes GEJ 12m votes the other parties 300k votes, even if a coalitions of the third force is put together they can't get up to 1 million votes because they have no political structure. Even if you give the 3rd force 4 years they can't come up with anything? Why? Because the structure the PDP used to win in 1999 was an already existing structure from 1992, Rome was not built in a day the like of Atiku have been in the political game for a very long time and have nurtured their political empire fror cradle to where they are today. Those of us on social media come under the illusion that we determine the out come of elections but the sad truth is that it is the women getting tradermoni, the poor farmer, the uneducated youth, the agbero, and the beggars that determine the outcome of elections. Why? Because for every one of us there are 10 of them, how do I get my statistics? Check the poverty ratio and you will get the picture. As the saying goes there is power in numbers. What's the way forward? Infiltrate the APC & PDP, we need to all join political parties and strengthen our voices there, that's the only way we can start shaping these parties to have ideology. |

buzodyke:did u even read the message? if the like of kingsley and fela are serious, they know what to do or else watch how they will be messed up come February we need a 3rd force not 70th force ... but the same greed in a nigerian man's blood wont allow them reason...... their selflessness to allow one candidate come out and fight this old blocks while they support him, shows they mean biz are they are different, if not they are still same like the old idiots we are trying to avoid .... just claiming saints this is not SUG election...... |
| Re: Why Moghalu, Durotoye, Ezekwesili, Others Stand No Chance By Deji Yesufu by martowskin1(m): 11:33am On Jan 24, 2019 |
Ventura1:no body is arguing their genuineness and been different from our oppressors ... what we are saying is this, politics is all about number ..... together we stand, divided we fall.... we need a 3rd force not 70th force.... buhari and artiku has been here for years building their politcal force, do u think one ordinary person will just come and push them out? we need combined force to take it back like u guys claim...... because they will definitely fight back nigeria is running almost 200million in population we are not demark that is 5million ...... if they are ready let them combine and watch the force they will make, even if they dont win now,,,, they woud have created a presence for 2023 remember even to beat PDP, APC was form from the collation of several parties and project buhari ..... despite that it was not still easy |
| Re: Why Moghalu, Durotoye, Ezekwesili, Others Stand No Chance By Deji Yesufu by martowskin1(m): 11:38am On Jan 24, 2019 |
princetom1:thats how they will be firing till reality will hit them next month..... we are not here for motivation we just to want to win election...... if they are truly serious.... they should project one person and stop making noise from all corners.... we need cool rhythm |
| Re: Why Moghalu, Durotoye, Ezekwesili, Others Stand No Chance By Deji Yesufu by LZAA: 11:48am On Jan 24, 2019 |
Ventura1:We are in the middle of presidential rotation i.e the north and south and the president shld have been a northerner if not for yaradua's death and gej taking over from yaradua That's the very reason APC and PDP put northern candidates for the presidency Until the country is restructured this will continue to happen Sowore is a good candidate but in the wrong party |

LZAA:Lazy politics is zoning and he is in the perfect party... Any of the top guns are big baggeges that will handicap him... Like the saying goes, u don't bite the finger that feeds u... That's one major problem with alc/pdp |
