The appeal court has declared Donald Duke presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party, (SDP).

Mr Duke had been declared as the presidential candidate of the party after the primary election held in October 2018 in which Mr Gana was also an aspirant.

However, a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, had on Friday, 14th December declared Jerry Gana, a former Nigerian Minister of Information, as the presidential candidate of the SDP. This was after Mr Gana had instituted a case against the result in court, basing his case on the zoning and rotation formula of the party.

The poverty alleviation program initiated by GEJ wasnt as effective as that done by the PMB administration..

During GEJ's tenure we expected the SE and SS to benefit from his regime..
We expected him to complete the second Niger Brigde...dredge the river Niger and open the PH abd Calabar seaports..but none was done...

But ironically, the second niger brigde is now being completed by Buhari...

And I know with due time dredging of the river will be given attention if, this administration is allowed more time....

Atiku has spent more money than PMB and will intend to recover his cash IF he wins....

So my verdict is that we give PMB a second chance...

Good. There was miscarriage of justice in the earlier ruling. The presidential candidate and party chairman must not come from the same ZONE. Donald Duke and Olu Falae are from South South and South West respectively. The earlier ruling assumed both came from same ZONE.
