Based on reports from IBT PUBG would be made available for lower end PCs with the below specs hopefully, to be at par in recommended requirement with competitor Fortnite and for CS:GO players to have another option.

It's currently only available in Thailand, going trough its beta-testing stage
Whether or not it would be released globally, time will tell
