I see serious crises looming. You all are here speaking grammar. If this decision is not reversed, remind me I said this time next week when the crude oil output drops to 1m barrel. War might just be on the horizon. I want to believe Buhari and his cabal are biting their fingers watching to see what the consequence of this move will be with a view to reversing it if it gets to hot. But this might be the moment Buhari nailed his own coffin. I fear for our safety |

Godjone: Saraki no fit. Make him try to even reconvene. Its obvious most Nigerians have lost their morals. Most of u are not condemning d abuse of constitution by the so called "ex-CJN" who admitted to have forgotten such amount of money rather u are facing PMB. The political class has bought over d judiciary at d expense of d masses. PMB should carry go. Touch all those who think they are not touchable. Shake them make them hear. If them like, make them call world congress, this is our nation n we must rule it. Let the the world leader who will blame PMB cos one CJN failed to abide by the law. #istandwithPBM. God bless FRN 3 Likes 1 Share |

EponOjuku: (f) is removed by the President: https://www.legalnaija.com/2014/02/law-on-removal-of-cbn-governor.html GEJ didn't bother with the constitution or two-thirds majority of the Senate when he sacked the CBN governor, SLS. That was not even suspension or anything based on a court order, it was total removal without any due process or consideration for the constitution 5 Likes 1 Share |

Anambralstson: The Honourable Court in Nwaogwugwu v. President F.R.N. (2007) ALL FWLR (Pt. 358) 1327 at 1356, paras D - F (CA), held that the National Judicial Council is a creation of the Constitution. Its traditional role is as defined by the Constitution and it includes inter alia to make appointments and to exercise disciplinary control over judicial officers. Pls read below Per GALINJE, J.C.A. in Page 45, paras. E-F, in the case of OPENE v. NJC & ORS. (2011) LPELR-4795(CA) further held that Section 158 (1) of the Constitution has clearly provided that the National Judicial Council (NJC) shall not be subject to the direction and control of any other authority in exercising its power to make appointments or to exercise disciplinary control over judicial officers. |

SalamRushdie: and you think he has the balls.....this is buhari not jonadrunk --even saraki quivers are the sight of buhari. http://saharareporters.com/2019/01/23/more-cash-found-cjn-onnoghen%E2%80%99s-accounts the same is on us as a people when our CJ can decide to become a bank and unashamedly sell justice to the highest bidder. in any sane society where there morals this man would have stepped down and covered his head in shame, -but not in nigeria where crooks believe money can buy anything (aka athithief). 3 Likes 1 Share |

1000 % he has!!! As stated here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t-TVDOOF51g Nigeria's WHOLE political structure is upheld by the constitution, and he has seriously put it into jeopardy. This is setting a whole new president which I find abhorrent. Brace yourselves Nigerians/vote Atiku, who is also 100% corrupt. |
