a, the agf,cct has a judgement that requures that it has to first of all report erring judges to the NJC before bringing their cases to the courts in 2017

b, the cct before now has an injunction from the court of appeal

c, the cct without hearing the main case published an order for the suspension of the CJN which does not have a root in law

d,president that has been slow with court orders is saying it enforced a kangaroo judgement judgement

The CCT never said the President should suspend the CJN. It only said the CJN should step aside and the president should appoint someone else next in rank as a replacement to prevent a vacuum in the judiciary.

In this case, the CJN refused to step aside. So that means there is no vacuum. So I wonder why the president will go ahead and swear in someone else when the CJN has not step aside.

I repeat this clear.the cct does not have any powers under the constitution of Nigeria 1999 and in the Justice Act that guide the courts to remove the chief justice of Nigeria in any manner.
if you can point where it is in your constitution that the cct has powers to remove the CJN prove it because this is a bigger offence committed by the president.
