If only Obasanjo and Jonathan did half of this things for Southerners, we would have been following them like the way Northerners follow buhari like zombie.

While PDP starts projects with the sole aim of looting its funds and abandoning it at the rate of 5% completion
APC inflates cost of a project, so as to get kickbacks from contractors. This means rather than constructing a road at the rate of N32m per kilometer, you get a quotation of N45m, but they complete the projects with great standard and pace
