maasoap:Mr man, the constitution gave 2ways that a CJ can be removed... Two ways! Nothing more, nothing else...One way failed, can't you try the second way? Intact, even the head of the CCT has a corrupt case hanging on his neck o. But lets overlook that one, cos he is doing our bidding..lol. Just chill man. General Buhari fvcked up big time and the world is coming for him. Just watch! |

bixton:The NJC is a body of jurist and not a one man show, if he is the chairman,I'm sure they will be a vice or secretary who will be more than glad to take his place if he is found wanting. I'm aware the CJN postponed its meeting and the reason was because of the armed forces remembrance day which falls on the same date and the CJN also has to be present at the state house for the parade, besides how is postponement of their meeting supposed to be your business last time I checked they aren't answereable to anyone,if the senate of a university postpones its meeting for any reason whatsoever does it mean a SUG president can then suspend or rusticate a fellow student because they are taking too long for his liking? Do u know the CCT gave an ex parts order out of the blues after the case had been adjourned till the 28th as at the last hearing. What is Onnoghens crime=He failed to declare assets years ago What is the penalty, If u admit to an ommision due to negligence u are given the opportunity to update your form and everyone goes home smiling. How come he is been suspended when the penalty doesn't even call for such at all. |

Blakjewelry:They tried it so many times but it wasn't just possible. No be PDP? and you will hear them sing another song. they cjn is guilty no doubt but why throw the constitution out of window wish you vow to upholdCourt asked him to step aside because he was the apex man sitting on every court decision in Nigeria but he refused. We're not that helpless in Nigeria now. He would have been suspended that same day had he allowed NJC 88th meeting to take place. He just had to go, crook |

oladele00:Two wrongs can not make a right. The president could have lobbied the NJC to suspend him like GEJ did in Salami’s case. If two wrongs start making a right...we start killing every policeman that tries to extort us! By the time we reach Ganduje, we know what would have happened |

Blakjewelry:We need to as nation kill sentiments attached to party affilliations, tribe and religion,if we want to remain as one,or we kukuma tell ourselves the truth and go our separate ways,we cannot continue like this honestly.....I came back from Ghana last week, yes cost of living is a bit high ,but this guys have gradually made their country a Haven for every one....you see Chinese settlements , Korean settlement and a new afro American settlement is coming up at the vollta regions..... every one wants to come to Ghana . But here it's always PDP spent yadayada years we APC spent yadayada years,is government not a continuous project for Pete's sake? I taya o. |

Hafeexla:Just in case excess garri has damaged most of your optical nerves here is what the law has to say The charge against the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen ought not to have been instituted at the Code of Conduct of Tribunal in view of the case of Nganjiwa v FRN (2017) LPELR 43391 wherein the Court of Appeal held that a judicial officer who has not been investigated by the National Judicial Council and sanctioned for misconduct cannot be arraigned in any criminal court in Nigeria. In other words judicial officers also enjoy immunity from been prosecuted,I hope I have made myself elementary enough for simpletons like u. |

It’s because of people like you the post was written yet your head will not accept the true fact that you have a demonic man in power as president and he is tilting the country onto the brink of war......he doesn’t care of this country burns all for him to rig the election It shall never be well with Buhari It shall never be well for those who support him If you support Buhari after 25th January 2019........then GOD will send civil war into your life before it gets to Nigeria |

tuborme:Which NJC? The one that he's their president and he didn't allow their meeting to take place this month, 2 days ago. Why? And he wouldn't have allowed it to take place next month or the one after. The man is simply a crook. |

bkool7:Are u this slow or something, the CCT has no business asking u to account for ur assets, that would be the job of the ICPC or EFCC,you clearly have no idea what separation of powers means nor the functions of the CCT self so no need going back an forth with an ignorant dolt. |

maasoap:no PDP never did infact they can't even try it. on the case of court asking him to step down? that is not what the constitution said. the constitution is very clear on what must be done, if he didn't let the njc sit, he is only extending the inevitable and making matters worse for himself |

Barondenigeria:Corruption constituency talking rubbish, did Buhari open bank accounts for the CJN or Buhari asked him not to declare it? Even Buhari declared the hut he inherited from his father so who the fvck is a bloody CJN a fvcking Buhari appointee? He is the head of the Judiciary and so what? He shouldn't follow the rules? Trump fired Jeff sessions for less cry us a river. If Onnoghen wants my support, he should transfer the balance on those accounts to me. If he wasn't fired the same losers will whine that Buhari condones corruption among his appointees. |

tuborme:How can he do that when the CJN had quickly suspended NJC meetings indefinitely. If he feels he did nothing wrong why did the CJN take that action. #saynotocorruption |

iammo:If buhari was a credible leader, an impartial leader I’m sure he would have gotten the support he needs from the senate or others to act according to the rule of law or even onnoghen himself would have seen himself dishonorable. Bt when u dine with thieves and criminals and then want to hang a man for not declaring his assets I think u must have smtn wrong with ur head to think people will immediately support u. Buhari has lost the Moral right to personally fight corruption. He can only use the constitution to which everyone including him is answerable to. U cannot call onnoghen corrupt and call Ganduje a saint and say Ure fighting corruption or standing for justice. U lost ur Moral right to fight corruption and ur actions cannot be trusted. Follow the constitution is the best We can accept from u. |

princewillzs:It was postponed for armed forces Remembrance Day 15th January, why do you guys forget that. It wasn’t postponed indefinitely. They wld sit and the petitioner has to forward their petition there otherwise it wldnt be considered. That’s due process. |

Secondly, Nigeria is not Venezuela, Trump cannot imposed Atiku on us, we shall resist every attempt to do so even if we have to burn down the whole country. If Atiku can beat Buhari then fine, if not, try and do any gra gra when you guys loose & We shall use that opportunity to exterminate ALL d political elites in this country & thier cronies like you, bbq guy, slamrush etc. |
