The constitution is clear about how a president, senate president and the Chief Justice can be removed (whether suspension or not). This is for the preservation of seperation of powers. I want you to know that the CJN is NOT an appointee of the president like the ministers and so on. Buhari is merely using the fact that he has authority over the security agencies who bare arms to perpetrate illegality.
Can you also swear with your life that Buhari is not trying to install a CJN who would ensure he wins any election tribunal that may arise after the general elections?
He must tow the path of the constitution or he would be disgraced and end with regrets. Remember, he trashed the constitution of Nigeria in the 80s and he was disgraced at last.

Have you heard the latest development in Venezuela about Maduro? Even his army are desserting him already and recognising the man U.S and International Communities have recognised, you can only guess what will become of his presidency as time goes on.

If Buhari had removed the CJN without any skandal it's a different scenario.. Even Onoghen didn't help matters by running away from Justice. With all onoghen's body we all his guilty but just wanted to buy time to preside over the elections.
One point if we want to repair this country the rule of law should be put aside.
