No room for corruption. I like the way PDP are desperate and fighting from every corner because at the end of the day it will only make the defeat more painful for them. They brought Nigerians pains for more than 16 years so I’m delighted to see them in pains.

Has justice Tanko declared his assets before being made acting CJN? If no, NBA should sue justice Tanko, CCB and Buhari immediately because declaration of assets is a prerequisite for becoming a CJN in any capacity.

The man Onnoghen did not share his loot with any of us why is he dragging us into the mess he created by collecting millions of Dollars bribe?
Please allow the police to do their work and tell your man Onnoghen to be brave enough to carry his cross. In china, the CJN would have been executed publicly..

In Japan the CJN would have committed suicide.

In Europe the CJN would have resigned.

In the US the CJN would be facing a congressional hearing, and be facing 20 years jail time.

In south Africa his houses would have been vandalized and set on fire and he would be in protective custody so he is not killed by protesters and rioters.

But in Nigeria, a corrupt man being the head of the judiciary is celebrated and SAN's rally round him to fight for him, while The wailers and corruption advocates come on NL to support him, with over 40 houses and over N1billion in his account as a civil servant??

I had to consult the Nigerian Constitution personally to see what it says about the suspension of the CJN, and I didn't see, I only saw the requirements for the removal.

However, one thing is obvious, NIGERIA IS IN TROUBLE.

The Presidency had to be forced by public outcry before Babachir was dropped.

There has been such a rush by this SLOW President and presidency to remove the CJN.

Secondly, this same Government refused to sign the ELECTORAL amendment BILL sent by the Senate after playing with it for months sending it back and forth, didn't sign it for one reason, THAT IT WAS TOO CLOSE TO ELECTIONS.

Now somebody please explain to me, this rush, and seeming disrespect and disregard for order, to rush to suspend the CJNhuh

WHY IS THIS ONE NOT TOO CLOSE TO THE ELECTIONS FOR THEMhuh

A stay of action was gotten yesterday on this matter; today, the President suspends the CJN Onnoghen and immediately appoints Tanko.

I laugh at all those shouting Mr. Integrity.

Many times court orders have not been respected by this administration.

They even explained that one thing is higher and better and superior to rule of law and some lawyers and Nigerians praised them.

You lied hoo-haa. He has made declaration of asset before he became CJN. However, he did not update his assets declaration after becoming CJN.
