The trick is to avoid the whole city turning into a big slum. A problem contained is half solved. Now imagine if you wanted to modernize a slumpolis like many of Nigeria cities. How do you even start. In Nairobi - we go to 5% of landmass that has slums and modernize them.

And Voila Nairobi is LONDON.

Your own Eko Atlantic City that is your only hope of a modern CBD is being built by the Lebanese yet you're here talking about things you don't know.
