I think for more than 20yrs - Kenya has been one of Tanzania main source of FDI. They have tried to make it hard for Kenya business to thrive there preferring South Africans - but generally they are hopeless without Kenyans.

The pictures above of Eldoret in its growth stage is pretty impressive putting in mind the active population around town is less than 300k. The town is experiencing a boom in business and credited to 99% of local investment.

Why do you want to compare a town of less than 50k people - with a city of 1.5M. That is like 30 times bigger. But we know you're a desperate Nigerian.
