People forget that players like Kante and Koscielny came from second division of France and were world class in the premier league which is an elite division. Tiago Ilori going to Portugal does not automatically make the Championship a great league. cc: Komekn |

Failed at aston villa ,why e no go run go Portugal wey b say reading fit relegate to league one If he was an average player he should have gotten a premier league club at his young age but none of them needs him Reading are 22 in the championship they might even be relegated joining sporting was an escape route |

elyte89:It happens every season sir Levante also break Barcelona un beaten last season by winning barcelona 5-4 About 2 or 3 small teams always beat atletico Madrid almost every year Should I tell you of who Madrid lost to for the past 2 seasons apart from this year that they have been poor ? Oya which small team beat mancity last season ? Which small team don beat Liverpool this season None ,Liverpool wey be like who no go loose against any small team Laliga remains the best league in the world Epl is just an aggressive league with wuru wuru style of football I think the Epl is similar to the Nigerian league |

andrew444:in laliga,we all know the champions even before the league kick starts. But in EPL there are almost 5-6 competitors in the league. Bar any magic from the mid table teams(Leicester-like) |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by andrew444(m): 7:09am On Jan 30, 2019 |
krattoss:Agreed Reasons because Barca are miles ahead of the rest doesn't means the rest aren't good sha But in Epl at the moment mancity and Liverpool is above all for now then Chelsea Tottenham Man U Arsenal,na small thing them take better pass Everton and the rest ,Epl mid table teams wey dey use 40million buy player ? Even Sevilla no fit try am But once those Epl mid table teams go Europa league Na so them they beat them anyhow like chicken Leicester won the league simply because the bigger boys aren't good enough . |

krattoss:Forget that Nigga. Hasn't he been shouting ManCity will win the league from matchday 1? As if the English Premier League is the same as the shitty 2 horse race of Spain where you'll just sit down and predict the winner. Using the standard of lead to just gold. |

SlayerForever:Back to my long standing proposition, "Better a Killer Lion in a lower league and club than an impotent anonymous mouse in a higher league and club" What was the long way to go ❓of quality, development, ability with regards to the following players ❓ Dele Alli from MK Dons straight to Tottenham and England first team The rest is history. Ademola Lookman straight to Everton from league one Charlton Athletic and outstanding player in Bundesliga, Everton rejected an official near £30 million bid from RB Liepzig. Currently wanted by AC Milan official bid not speculation. Calvert Lewin Everton player from Sheffield United league one club. England U21 international, the rest is now history. Mason Holdgate from league one Barnsley to Everton first team as an 18 year old. Slightly different but arguably England best Defender Gomez at Liverpool left Charlton Athletic Championship team straight into Liverpool's first team as a RB he was 18 years old. I could give many many more examples. Don't you think the question you raise is very premature and of no relevance, look at what you are saying, "his game is not world class yet" does that make sense to you In the history of the SE how many world class players have we actually had. We certainly do not have any right now. In summary what you have said, is a proposition without any substance whatsoever. |

edi287:But what we're they ❓ Outstanding promising players in that league. The difference is that Tiago has been a moi moi players from the day he got into England from Portugal. Now as a largely anonymous mouse he has been catapulted to the peak of Portuguese football, Sporting. That's the BIG DIFFERENCE. |

Danielnino00:It is a question of preference. La Liga wins the statistical analysis from the exploits of Real Madrid and Barca in the Champions league. That's why the league is classed statistically as the best in the world. However it is essentially a two horse league Real and Barca and essentially nobody else. However, l think the EPL is faster, more intense, definitely more physically taxing and competitive and because of that unpredictable and therefore more exciting IMO. |

mostob:I don't know to be honest please tell me ❓ You have implied that he can not, hence the need for Osimhen. Then the next question how many goals have been scored by headers in the SE as a % of goals scored, l am sure it's very low. It's just not been one of our strong points. |

Charleroi have set their asking price for young Nigerian Victor Osimhen. AC Milan are eager to sign Osimhen before tomorrow's transfer deadline. And Charleroi chief Mehdi Bayat told sudinfo.be: "There is certainly interest in Victor, but I want to be clear... "First of all, there are no concrete offers and there are no situations of imminent sale. "He could possibly leave for no less than €15m. Under this figure we will not even discuss it."
