the stay of execution here means APC will be on the Ballot pending the supreme court judgment nullifying all APC candidates in Rivers state which the Court of appeal stroke out in January. Therefore the APC still don't have candidates base on the stroke out appeal judgement which is before the supreme court now but they can be on the Ballot incase the supreme court delivers judgment in favour of Amaechi's factions
