Cole will be on the ballot as it stands, because Cole was the faction recognized by the National body and by extension INEC list before the early court Judgement. So invariably, he still enjoys the stay of execution until another Supreme court says otherwise

And by the way have they reminded the public of the matter in contention? If the appeal court asked APC to continue which faction is it referring to?
