oga ikeja is the best place in the mainland, there is lere, there is festac, ojodu and ogba are not bad too. Lagos is not overrated one bit, it depends on what you are doing

Gbagada too. Very sweet place.

Omole in Ojodu is da bomb. Other than traffic to VI, no place beats it. Good neighbours, strong estate, no amount of downpour will even start a flood let alone one that could last 5 minutes

Dont stay in areas like bariga, mushin, ajegunle,oworonshoki, oshodi,ebute metta

Dont stay in a house with live in landlord

Check their NEPA bill

Dont stay directly beside an event center or a religious center

Check for flood
