Its very easy, let him post #120,000 net earnings, combined on Uber and Taxify, for 8 weeks and I will pay him #15,000. Any other thing we all are talking here is semantics. I am one of the best drivers on this thread. I grossed #50,000+ on Monday and Tuesday alone. But I know what I am talking about.
Post earnings week by week. No car owner will deal with you on cumulative basis. You have to deliver week after week. Simple
so you are saying that if I net 100k the first week, 140k the second week, 150k the 3rd week and 90k the 4th week, I will default on payments?

OK, so post your best net earnings combined on Uber and Taxify for 8 consecutive weeks, all of us on this thread will analyze if the earnings show that a driver can keep up with #35,000 weekly payments on hire purchase.
If you succeed, you get #15,000 from me.
If you fail, I get #15,000 from you.

Post week by week ooo, no cumulative; biko.

Deal or no deal? You have only 10 minutes to agree to this bet or not. Time now is 8:12 am

what I will post is basically what I posted yesterday divided by 8. I told you maths is not your forte. I also told you to keep your money

Hahaha.
Go and tell a car owner your cumulative stories. It doesn't buy sh*t in this market.
Gazzuzz, Dru23, Davenoja, Chucksmoore are some of the car owners on this thread. Talk to them, they will tell you they are not interested in anything you make cumulatively. The only question they will ask you is "Can you deliver #35,000 week by week and still maintain the car?"

I've done the combination for you:
Dec 3 - 10 125,273
Dec 10 - 17 126,900
Dec 17 - 24 151,909
Dec 24 - 31 126,698
Jan 7 - 14 129,912
Jan 14 - 21 135,524
Jan 21 - 28 71,079
Jan 28 - Feb 4 63,316

Even adding the best of months (December) on ehailing, you still do not have 8 consistent weeks of 120,000+ net earnings. And you are a professional - top 1% of all drivers.
How do you expect a newbie to do this for 2 years?

Do you understand now?

When it comes to the time for car owners to collect their money, what you did in the past is history. There is a car owner on this thread that I spent a total of #140,000 of my personal money repairing his car. And i was still delivering his rent. Rental ooo, not hire purchase. The week I defaulted on payment, I hear am. All the stories of me repairing his car when it wasn't my responsibility fell on deaf ears.
"My dear, I want my money, or do you plan not to pay it?" was all he said to me

still making no sense.

Dec 3 - 10 125,273 - extra 5273

Dec 10 - 17 126,900 - extra 6900

Now, whAt do you think a guy on HP will do with the extra money he is making?

I also told you that I made money from offline in that period, in fact, for the last week of December, I posted my offline earnings on this thread.

Any week you see me earn less on ehailing platform, just know offline has taken me.

Why are you believing it's impossible to do some because you can't do it?

Look at where i posted my true earnings for the last week of jan including offlines

Let me total all these extras you are claiming for you.
#76,216; in 8 weeks!
Let me put myself in your shoes.
1) For the two weeks I've had operational shortfalls, I have to make provision of at least #30,000 for the shortfall ( I'm talking fueling, data, feeding, hire purchase payment).
I'm left with #46,216
2) My son's school fees is #65,000
3) And we must eat at home. Madam must turn up. DSTv must dey there. IKEDC bill must be paid. I must reserve landlord's rent somewhere or else kasala go burst. I must set aside something too to repair and maintain the car (Oga Dru no go sell me Mobil 1 on credit)

How you wan make I take achieve all these, with the yeye #76,000 extra?

guy are you OK?

Anyone on HP, only owes 280k in 8 weeks. I have shown you that I made 972k in 8 weeks minus offline trips.

What are you still blabbing about? What can you not see?

972 - 280 is 692,000 in 8 weeks.

If a driver can make such and still decide to owe on his HP it's purely his business.

Let's even reduce it to 100k

If a HP driver consistently makes 100k weekly, he would have netted 800k in 8 weeks, and paid out 280k leaving him with 520k to spend and save in 8 weeks.

Jeez.

I have even told you to give me till March ending to post my earnings again if you are doubting. Why are you hell bent on the impossibility?

Exactly the point I've been making. Only 1% or less of all drivers can achieve this. The guy in question clearly stated he is a newbie. If he is your brother, will you tell him to take the HP?

It's now very clear to me that you didn't understand this post I made on this HP issue.

It's not for everyone but it's not impossible.
I have been proving how possible it is. I will never decide for anyone. After reading my thoughts on this, he can decide. I even pointed out factors that must be met.

You are only attacking because you believe no one can make 120 weekly consistently and I just told you it's a big lie. Where it's 0.1% or 1% the fact remains that it is possible.

That Is what I will keep Nacking on your head. You don't get to choose who qualifies to be among the 1%. Some newbies are already among the 1% before they even touch car key.

How many drivers on rental even meet up? The primary difference between rental drivers and HP drivers boils down to who is solely responsible for car maintenance. Apart from that, there is no difference.

That you have a wife that demands money and a son that goes to school or dstv that needs to be paid is no ones business. You chose that life.

There are people without such burdens.

Fahrenz:
I understand you points.
HP is not for everyone but that doesn't mean it won't work.

No one can drive 730 days without hindrance and when I said 730 days I didn't mean it in a stretch. No one signs a contract that doesn't allow for hindrance. We are humans.

My point is from a positive perspective.

If a Toyota corolla is totally sound, engine, body, gearbox and suspension it is very easy to achieve HP. I gave that guy a number of factors that would make him successful and if he sticks to it, he will be fine.

If you can consistently net 120k in a week and you have a good maintenance habit and saving habit, you don't need two years to complete the hp. You need those factors I mentioned, focus, and commitment.

A tokunbo corolla can go straight 2 months without needing anything more than an oil change. And if he uses the extended performance oil, 3 months before oil change. Let's not talk as if cars break down everyday.

At 120k a week, he owes only 35k.

Do you agree that with the remaining 85k left from that week, it is enough for him to fuel the car, eat, recharge his data and airtime and then save at least 25k weekly?

If a driver on HP can save 25k weekly, by the 12th month, he has saved 1.2m and has paid out almost 1.7m. If he decides to pay 900k to the car owner from his yearly savings, how many months do you think is left for him to complete the balance?

Don't forget the month of December.... Don't forget.

I understand that it is impossible to some drivers, but HP is very achievable if all conditions are met, especially focus and determination.

If you make 15k daily on weekdays, and 50k combined on weekends that's already 125k.

Someone like me will dust this HP but I agree that everyone doesn't have, not share my mindset.

Facts only

The bolded is key.

Guys on rental profit which is money hold it's value.
Guys of HP profit which is the car depreciate rapidly. Infact May become a liability after 15 months.

There is huge difference between hp and rental.
