Chapters of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, have voted to continue the ongoing strike.

The decision was reached after a nationwide referendum conducted by the chapters of the union on Tuesday to decide whether to suspend the strike or not.

if the "no work, no pay" policy was implemented, they would have called of the strike since. unfortunately for us, The striking lecturers are receiving their salaries for work not done and probably investing in other profit yielding ventures. And with so much impunity, they still come out and quote "Aluta continua... " please where is the struggle on their own part?
They should stop collecting their salaries to show how important the whole struggle is. This strike thing is really frustrating!
