The so called "messiah and miracle worker" and AAC presidential candidate, Mr. Omoyele Sowore should go and start small and prove himself, because the presidency of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is not an apprenticeship position.

America made that mistake by electing then Senator Barack Obama in 2008, and he left a mess behind with DACA, Iran Nuclear deal, Climate deal, black lives matter, 9% unemployment; being the first president ever - never to exceed an annual GDP of 3% in all his 8 years in office, creating economic and social inconsistencies. That man "Obama" almost burnt down America because he had no experience and no record the citizens can relate to, before he became president. He was mostly elected because people wanted a black man in the white house. To his credit, he was cool looking, sleek talking but a disaster in his methods of administering the country.

Fortunately, America is recovering from Obama's misrule, because the institutions here are strong enough to withstand radical and leftist turbulence. However, Nigeria is not structured with strong institutions. That means, we may never recover from Sowore's "socialist and utopian" faux pax, if we elect him as president.

So wore reminds me of the bombastic Senator Ben Bruce; constantly spewing anti-corruption and masses oriented nonsense.

I am waiting to hear that he rejects the mega millions he receives monthly as stipends. He has not donated all his allowances to the poor in his constituency in Bayelsa State, as a mark of revolt against the very corrupt system he is pretending to oppose. This is his record; he is one of them!

So, in this vein, we need to see Sowore's record as an elected official before he runs for the highest office in Nigeria. Propounding economic "El-dorado" or social "ahimsa" via high falluting statements are not just enough!

Any job that comes with high stakes in the world needs the applicant to show considerable experience in the field and demonstrate some level of proficiency, and being Nigeria's president is not an exception!

So, Mr. Sowore, please go and run for Local Government chairmanship in Ondo state first, win and prove yourself at least, then you will have my vote to rule Nigeria if you excel in it!
