That MRI machine looks really sexy. Nigerians had a very low incidence of cancer up until the mid 2000s when American food chains like KFC and all these pizza joints started flooding Nigeria. Now more and more Nigerians are dying from cancer because instead of them to eat the food that's native to them, they prefer the white man's food. God created everyone to better adapt to their environment, once you start making artificial alterations, that's when unfathomable diseases and illness arise.
