I guess you did not read where she said her husband said he took the money. Probably the boy said he did not do it and when the torture was too much, the boy had to admit to doing it.

That woman must have been frustrated keeping those kids in her custody

But she might not be the real cause of the buys death, just that it's a coincidence and what she did was equally bad

He must have eaten poison in the party and end up dying from the stomach pain

Her beating that child was just what the devil used, to pin her down

It's time women in separated homes should take care and custody of their children

If you know you can't take care of such children avoid anything that will led to divorce or separation

But how come nobody is blaming the husband for taking that money and didn't call the wife to inform her, because if he did, it wouldn't have gotten to this stage

It is cane. Cane doesn't kill instead it inflict injuries. Until a test is done to ascertain the cause of the death,the woman is innocent as charged

The boy probably caught a stomach bug from the party he claimed he went to. While he was being flogged, he wanted to throw up but he was made to clamp his mouth shut by the aunt, most likely he chocked on his vomit. The evil insensitive didn't care about the young man's discomfort at the time, now she has to pay the price.

Are you sure it is not internal injury that killed the boy, if you know how people beat children that is not their own, you will not be saying this. People even cut them with blade, rob it with pepper or pour hot water, hit them with big stick, they do all sort of things to people's children.
Anybody that drop his/her kids with relative is highly irresponsible and does not deserves to be called father/mother.

I don't argue on what exactly killed the boy, the only thing that is certain is the boy died under the woman's beating for what he did not do.

In advance country that is second degree murder, the case can be adjusted based on the evidence from autopsy.

You can not slap somebody and that person faint immedeatly and died later them comes back to claim slaps doest kill people, whatever lead to person death after you slapped him will be connected to the death.

I'm not a lawyer but from my experience from crime investigation I watch on discovery channel crime, most cases like that are classified as second degree murder.

Thanks for the bolded part, it is highly irresponsible for anybody to drop their children for somebody else to Carter for. Many marriages are still alive today not because the husband and wife wants to be together but because of thier children. I see selfishness when both parties dissolves marriage because of thier parsonal conforts forgetting that they are not the only people in the marriage any longer. If you must separates, the woman must be in the custody of the children unless they are grown up, 18 years+ otherwise the other woman the husband will marry may still maltreats the children and any mother who for any reasons allow her children to be taken is not worthy to be called mother.

1} Why did the boy needs to go and eat in the party he did not know anything about if he was well fed at home?
2} If it was true that the boy took the woman to a car where he alleged to keep the money, why did the boy admitted he stole the money even though he did not steal the money and it was the husband that took the money?
3} Why did the woman hurriedly buried the boy if not to burry the evidence?

But its true, it wasn't her flogging the kid that killed him, the kid was already sick before.

Somebody can not die from flogging on the hands and legs, what about people that get flogged up to 20 strokes on the back, even them, they did not die tallness of this one.

The story doesn't add up.. Firstly it says she hurriedly buried the child then later we are made to know that "they" took the child to the hospital around 2:30 AM Where the doctor confirmed the child dead.. So the husband should also be questioned too. Never leave ur kids in the hands of another. They can never love them like u. No matter how close u think u are.. An autopsy needs to be done to ascertain the actual cause of his death as the woman was insinuating the child might have been poisoned by God knows who...
