LEADERSHIP MINDSET Sometimes your good intentions for people even in ur least comfortable conditions can make God put u above them... Leadership is not by Power, mind or Status but by Heart. A Leader is like a driver in a moving vehicle, wherever he turns to, everyone in it goes and whatever happens, effect on both Him/her and everyone. A Leader is not for "I and My Family" a Leader is for the "People"... Leadership isn't based on earthy knowledge and qualifications, but operated through "Anointing" Every Divine Leader has His/Her Destined Followers.. And the moment a Born Leader stop's Leading, He stops Living... I am a Leader of My People!! Are You? God Bless You.... |
