From what I saw on YouTube. Tony originally made the Ultrons in AOU against potential threats. He could resort to that? In the movie homecoming, Spiderman was searching through a bag and casually brought out a Robot head with glowing red eyes..like ultrons..
Then again, in the 30sec trailers the words "Some people move on.. but not us.. NOT US" The second NOT US sounded different from the first line said by Capt America. The theorist made a comparison with ultrons voice..and it sounded similar,if not exact.Deeper than Roger's. Then some other bits here and there. As an AI, who say Ultron is not hiding in some programme? Lol

this is the reason why I don't take the theories serious. Wolverine, fantastic 4 . If you read comics alot, the first trailer will give you clues about the movie. But Wolverine, fantastic 4 etc are not coming.

Lets see what goes down at the oscars. Fingers crossed that Spider-Verse beats The Incredibles. I know Spider-Verse has gathered the most critic awards when it comes to 2018 animation, but Oscars are very biased towards Disney animation.

So the battle between Spider-Verse and The Incredibles 2 is still a battle between 2 disney annimations.
