Hi, sorry about that.

Did u read about BAT, their core values, culture, what they stand for?, what they seek out for in prospective employees? What is expected of present employees? The kind of environment they want and operate in.

Doing this can help u align your values to their values.

P.S: Some won't do this and will still pass. However, doing it will help you know what to choose and what not to choose.

That's because you passed. A friend got a regret mail after writing the verbal this morning. I am also yet to hear from them since yesterday.

Culture or Cognitive. Because my Cognitive was not up to 10 sef. Or is it that it cut me off?

The cognitive gives you next question based on your answer of the previous questions. If the computer has your level of intelligence, thats tge end of the assessment.

You will get a mail scheduling you for a phone interview. Not everyone will get this mail though, even though you might have passed.

Those that fail the tests were mailed already, knew 2 people in the category. As for others, it is now the real review start, after which they will contact those who are closer to whatever it is they needed.

Goodluck to us all, it's not a do or die, don't throw anxiety over it guys. What will be will be, just give it your best try, and never stop dreaming.

Numerical- pie charts, histogram and all. Verbal-- True, false and cannot say type.

It is an adaptive test, which means you get harder questions as you pass each question and easier questions when you fail the previous question. If you do well, the computer will be able to determine your IQ ability with just 6 to 8 questions in each section, thereby saving your time and theirs.

Don't worry about the time. If you answered the questions correctly you should get an invite for verbal.

Here is the truth. Right now the time does not matter, but in the long run it does.

Right now, the recruitment is automated.. it is after passing the verbal that the real review will begin on those who passed the stages. At this stage, time, Ability score etc will matter. Hence while you see the "initial review stuff on your profile after completion of the cognitive test".

Give it your best, take your time but mind the time you take. All the best.
