yeah, that is when you are using the original charger.

biko, how does one restrict background data on techno k7 . unlike my techno y2 which has this feature embedded in data usag, the techno k7 doesn't have this

go to your data usage setting from there you can restrict your background data usage.

the problem should be hardware problem, but you can always$ take it to carclare the will fix what so ever it is for you.
