It probably might be the charging port.... Try taking it to carlcare

go to settings, then app, you'll see background apps there

I directed a friend to carlcare with lil issue with her tecno camon... Just for her to get back to me, that she was attended to on a swift response and she got her phone back ...perfectly working fine now...
