yes it was stated that her phone was collect though that might not be the sole reason for her murder, but in the part of the country were I live in certain area people have been stab or shot because of their phone. some of these bad guys some don't even ask before you are stabbed.

as for not going out without phone I was talking about myself I go out very early so I don't go out with anything valuable. Nigeria is not safe.

Nobody is blaming her but the first person that can protect you is yourself.

People still meet gun totting armed robbers and survive it, while others die. Why ? The people who survived saw the guns, submitted their money, submitted their car key, submitted their phones and laptops an lived to tell the story.

My friemd's nephew was fiddling with his phone no questions asked. He didnt even see them as he was engrossed in what he was doing. He was stabbed in the back and the phone taken. What do you have to say about that? Its their fault abo. Maybe going by your logic people shouldnt own cars and phones and laptops so thieves wont attack them

These thieves don't value life. Some dont even give you a choice to surrender, they simply harm then collect what they want.

We should be security conscious always. I always jug around my house, sometimes inside my house. It was because of possible attacks like this. Alternatively, one should go to the nearest place where sporting activities are taking place.

I agree with you, but working out while listening to music has a way of increasing endurance(not scientifically proven)as one would get lost in the music and your body wont get the "I am tired signal." I think the best option still remains working out in groups, when its not so dark and in a secured environment.

Yeah I thought as much. I don't take anything along with me when going for morning exercise. Even u'll see some would be on headphones, Hmmm I'll Just look at them and pity them. Maximum concentration and alertness Is the key.
