Greetings,

Free trade is not possible without security. If you make a lot of money robbers will know, robbers will plot, and robbers will kill to have that money. How can Africa be the richest land on Earth and not have security? How can Zimbabwe be the bread basket of the world and not have a strong security? What is happening in Central African Republic is lack of security. Is it not? Expand the military and their budget. These are those times to beat ploy shears into weapons. This parable is symbolic because it means you can use soldiers for farming, construction and security. Go on not trusting each other and you will remain divided and weak. I said before money is not power, power is power! A powerful force will rob you of your wealth, now isn't that what has happened in Africa? grin People have come to Africa to rob, steal and kill, cause chaos, spread rape and disease and make misery and poverty a way of life for those they oppress.

Africa has more youth than any other continent and many educated and out of work. Draft them into the military and train them in combat, security, medical, construction, technology and agriculture. Build a diverse force you can attach to a continental wide security force to deploy to any hot zone. Back up the struggling Zimbabwe, DRC, and Central Africa Republic. Out of 55 nations you can build a giangtic security force to cover different geographic political zones on the continent. Create an arms agreement and declare yourselves nuclear free. Allow no nations to invade or use weapons of mass destruction.

This choice is yours to have power yet not use it.

This is restructuring.

How do you keep a continent enslaved?

Make them afraid to fail.

The African Union has work to do. Increase the man power. All those young strong men you have who are not working put them in the military. So they can get married and have families. Raise up your Empire and stop bowing to the Niger Christ.

If you order the expansion of militaries and police which includes pay them more you would bring organized criminals to justice

All the wickedness in the world

Is the oppression of the woman and girl

A man made it

A woman bore it

She bore the world

Yet women are not innocent

She too sees through broken tint

Blinded to the sacredness

Of the woman and the girl

African military should be the richest men in your societies seeing it was their blood that brought you independence. A soldier has more faith in God than a priest because in war they face death or worse capture and torture for their principles. Most soldiers in African independence struggles if not all were volunteers. Do you have any idea where most Africans would be without your soldiers killing and dying to protect you? Do you realize how bad things would really be if not for brave men and women fighting for their nations? How about the families that lost several fathers and sons to war and didn't have anyone to take up the slack.

Pay your soldiers more and invest in military not just for survival yet even for your technological economic rise.
