Hello, I have admob account that have been verified. Its say I should create an app and add the ad unit to be successful. Please , how do I do this??

i first uploaded this useless PVC....they said my image was blurry ...den
i tried .my international pass port which has expired but it has a sharp image....i blocked the expiration date i dont know how they knew it has expired....i tried my PVC again....the said blurry image till 4 attempt gone...

till now the ads aint showing....but i just verified the addres pin...dis week....


i have emailed them tire....google are wiked these days
