@diportivo Any experience with? I believe that until people can sue for non-disclosure, problems will continue from that angle. When people win such cases with compensation, "seasoned engineers" (and other point staff elsewhere) will gladly hand over liability to the customer. |

I replied so late here am sorry work related, if anyone of you abuse me or people buying things from carsbazr well I will say you are right. But the point remains that if you see the hype about this company u will think you are in safe hands. I posted this just to stop other people from falling the victim if we start to stop them now. Maybe they can change this bad market for poor Nigerians. I will say it again am a victim of them and I will do my best to make sure nobody falls into the same trap again. |

Emmaimon:Most annoying submission ever written in Nairaland. You quickly registered in Nairaland for the justification of fraud commited by the supposedly corporate organization notoriously known for non disclosure of faults in the their vehicles. |

Olupascal:The company does not deserve any accolades at all. Let me tell you, dealerships run in a way to cheat prospective buyers, the buyers must be smart enough for them not to be ripped off. Seasoned engineers my foot, there are many people on the street who are better at observing cars for unreported faults. |

i think, there's lots of problems here, a group of people coming together with a corporate image to do car business......it still doesn't mean you shouldnt inspect what you want to buy..( that's discretion)...2. nobody forced you to buy a car, or was it a gun point purchase? 3. you could have engaged a certified technician, and gladly automedics office was just across the road, yet you refused.....this happens everyday in nigeria, always looking for someone to blame for the bad that happens to you out of your negligence and never blaming yourself. cars45 or whatever bazaar it is, are just there to provide you with a vehicle and the relevant information, the dealers invested their money in getting the car into the yard and the merchant is there to sell to you, or would you buy from a ghost. they are all just links in that chain. so should they be the one to blame for your shortage of discretion. funny enough, when you come to our car lots to buy, and we explain these things to you, you dont listen, until you end up somewhere and end up feeling ripped off with nobody to hold on to , then you go to the media to spoil a good name someone is trying to just build. you too start a car dealership and see how you can help others out with your own preferred way of doing the business. since you seem to have an idea of how the business should be run. the rule is simple, if for any reason you feel uncomfortable with a transaction refuse to proceed. easy as a b c |
