The postponement of the 2019 election came as a shock to Nigerians who had already made up their minds to vote out incompetence, nepotism, killings and poverty. However, one cannot take power from tyrants without being bruised. This is part of the bruise that Nigerians need to sustain for a better Nigeria. A lot of Nigerians had fixed sensitive activities for 23rd February, like their weddings. Will they now shift it? A lot of Nigerians had borrowed money to stock up food and fuel supplies for this election, and a lot of people have spent billions traveling across the country to go and cast their votes against bad governance, recession, poverty and incompetence.

In fighting dictatorship, there is no way one will have an easy ride. Buhari had already, through his secret agencies, conducted objective assessments of the election, and was already sure of losing until now. Are Nigerians fazed? Never! Why would Nigerians be fazed when too much is at stake? Do you know that in the next killing spree, your family could be next in the list of people to be killed? Do you know that you might be the next in line to lose your job or have your business fold up in the next round of recession coming to Nigerians? Do you know your husband could be the next person to be locked up against court orders? Do you know that your sons could be killed trying to defend this great nation against Boko Haram and banditry?

A lot is at stake and the voters know this. They know that there is no sacrifice too big for a better Nigeria. Destiny can be delayed but cannot be denied. There is a resolve around the country more than ever. And that resolve goes beyond religion or tribe. That resolve is an unwritten agreement that Never Again shall we have a government without value for human lives. Never again shall we have a government with so much affinity to poverty. Never again shall we have a government so corrupt and never again shall we have a government so incompetent that in the last one month, additional 3m Nigerians have become poorer.

Please my people, help a starving brother. I have been pleading for help since 2 days now. I'm a student who returned to school last week because of the prospects of exams starting on Monday and also because I was opportuned to enter a free ride. my family isn't bouyant enough and my dad has severe high BP that's why I had to find my way so as not to make him to start thinking about where to get money to give me. I haven't eaten a decent food since I got back and am starving.

I am soliciting for help from well meaning people who will be touched enough to hear my plight and have mercy. I am not asking for much, no matter how little, it will go a long way. God bless you all

This is why I hate the fact that this election was postponed because of idiots like the writer. Now, they blame APC meanwhile when thesame Inec failed to recognise candidates of Zamfara and Rivers, they hailed inec. Now Inec has shown incompetence it is now buhari and APC. Buhari will still win this election whether you like it or not. Idiots!!!!

No pain, no gain. Better a postponed election than a poorly conducted election which results cannot be accepted and becomes a source of rife and unrest in the country.

Do you know your husband could be the next person to be locked up against court orders? Do you know that your sons could be killed trying to defend this great nation against Boko Haram and banditry?

I am very sure you do not have any facts to back this up. All you have are conjectures, half truths and lies. Where is the proof that Buhari has a hand in the shifting of this election?

I am sure you were one of those who wished Jonathan could be voted in again in 2015, yet you didn't write this epistle to condemn him when Boko Haram was killing the northerners. Shame on you, PDP mouthpiece.

If Nigerians have become poorer and you know this and you want to still vote in a corrupt Atiku, then you are one of then major problems of Nigeria.
PDP cleared almost all the foreign reserves of the federation just few weeks to the 2015 elections, yet you expect the economy to be OK.
Were you in your mother's womb when Jonathan was sharing hard currency to royal fathers and council of witches in 2015?

Your name betrays where you hail from. So I'm not surprised that critical thinking isn't one of your greatest suit.

BREAKING REASON!!!!

INEC 'OSUN TEMPLATE ' BUSTED BY THE US

Nigerians should be grateful to the United States for saving our democracy today. This is why the party in power got frustrated about the international communities interference at one point and threatened “body bags” because they know, “America would know”.

We are a sovereign state, agreed, but there was nothing Nigerians would have done tonight to prevent Mohammadu Buhari from rigging this election if not for the intervention of the US.

The Buhari government in collaboration with INEC had an agenda on how to rig the election in favor of Buhari. This was what they were planning to execute tonight with the postponement drama when the United States govt got a wind of it and called the INEC Chairman not to dare!

Their Plan...

The strategy was to allow elections hold in 26 states and postpone it in 10 states. For the ten states, they had two plans; late arrival of election materials and security crisis.

The idea was to deliberately allow materials arrive late as we are already witnessing in some states and INEC would have no option but to postpone elections in those states. For instance, the aircraft that was supposed to deliver materials to Enugu was told it can't land because of bad weather conditions and it had to land in Port Harcourt. Right before us, elections in Enugu would have been postponed.

The crisis template was executed in Kaduna today. The news of Kaduna State killings of 66 people today was part of the plan to create an atmosphere of catastrophic so that INEC would postpone the election in Kaduna State citing security challenges. The news of the killings was fabricated and sponsored by the 3 inches 'body bag' Governor of that state.

For the 26 states that election would have held, the plan was to watch out for the outcome. If it favours Atiku, whatever the margin is, they would deploy heavy security agents to ensure they get enough votes to cover up the margin in the 10 states that elections were to be postponed as they did in Osun state.

With this plan, Buhari would be elected back as president… but the US said, NO!! Elections across the 36 states must hold simultaneously, they insist.

As at yesterday some states like delta and some other pdp states didn't have electoral materials. They didn't want elections to hold in states where Buhari doesn't stand a chance.

The Nigeria Civil Society Situation Room has expressed concern over reports of delay in the distribution of election materials in several parts of the country by the Independent National Electoral Commission for the 2019 Nigeria General Elections.
It regretted that the reports reaching it indicated inadequacy in the deployment of materials for the polls.
Executive Director, Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre and Convener, Nigeria Civil Society Situation Room, Clement Nwankwo, stated these in a statement in Abuja in the early hours of Saturday.

He said, “Against the background of assurances given by INEC on its preparedness, this current situation comes to us as a disappointment.
“Situation Room calls on INEC to be upfront, truthful and transparent with the Nigerian people with respect to the challenges they are facing that may affect the polls.
“The Situation Room wishes to state categorically that any assessment or decision by INEC regarding the polls or challenges with materials must be made with respect to the whole country and not in any way focused on some parts of the country.
Any suggestion that the election be held in a staggered manner will be totally unacceptable and would be a recipe for a disastrous election. INEC owes it to Nigerians to provide clear explanation on why we are having conversations about deployment of materials in this late hour.
“The credibility of election depends not just on the efficiency of INEC to manage its processes but also in its ability to communicate honestly with the stakeholders.
“We call on all stakeholders especially the political parties to approach any challenge this process throws up with patriotism and commitment to peaceful and legal resolution of conflicts.”
