in Ghana too, there is allowance for teacher and nurses in trainning colledge. The nurses used to have automatic job after completing. their trainning but there is a liitle problem with that now.

well, i understand kenya. Ghana needs to even developed it more. Ghana is still growing, there should more children in school . if Finland a successful nation can do it, why can't we emulate them.

Somehow the. citizens are the one paying it thru taxes And fortunately for Goverment they are yet to captured 60. percent of the population paying taxes so the little is from just 40 percent of the population. infact only 2 percent of the citizens working in informal sector pay taxes. If a robust system is implemented and this percentage of people are captured by the revenue collector, much more money will be there for goverment to spend.
