The box itself is put in a safe place away from people until the day of voting but this isn't the case here.

1. Two newspaper Vans carrying 3million thumb-printed ballot papers in favor of APC were intercepted at Ikorodu area of Lagos going to Enugu, to make a stop over at Onitsha, Aba and finally Enugu...

2. Four newspaper Vans intercepted at Akure heading to Benin conveying 4million thumb-printed votes to make a stop over at Bayelsa, Rivers and Warri...

3. Sixteen bags of already thumb-printed 3.3million votes in favour of APC going to Kano...

4. A company that produced PVC, card readers and other election materials is owned by Niger East APC senatorial candidate (Mallam Sani Mohammed 313), which also duplicated ballot papers.

All these concerns were raised by Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Atiku Abubakar and Dr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan...

INEC verified and they were found to be true... Therefore, INEC has no option even as Pa Buhari insisted last night INEC should proceed, but US and EU observers intervened and INEC made a postponment to further print new ballot papers and different result sheets...

The card read only send verification signal to the Inec central database and not election result. And it can only do that if Inec have turn on there database server of which I don't think so because of the postponement of the result.

As a programmer I thought that the reason Inec postponed this election is because of the election boycott call off of iPob.

I will explain, this election would have not been postponed if ipob did not call off the boycott of the election with this two assumption.

Inec has plan to use the boycott of the election by ipob to allocate votes to Apc but because the boycott was call off 48 hrs to election, they realized that if they injects the result as plan it will mean that the real card owners will be rejected by card reader because you can not vote twice and that will be dictated as voters will be disenfranchised in the South east and South South state.

2. That Inec have perfected plan to rig the election in favour of APC by making the result to be so close. Like Buhari winning Atiku with one millon vote but the ipob boycott call off changed their permutation.

Even if the answer is yes, didn't the INEC stated in it's election guidelines that there'll no be electronic transmission of results? How about the smart card readers that have been programmed to start at exactly 8am on election day. What about its communication with the head quarter after its successful verification and authentication

The ballot papers issued is equal to the number of registered voters at that polling unit or voting point. The number of verified voters must equal to the number of ballot papers used

If you like thumb print three hundred million ballot papers. It will not count.
