Go back and read his statement again, the money belonged to Onnoghen, he was sent on an errand 10 years ago.

If the account is yours you simply fill paid in by “Self” if it isn’t your accout you fill in the account name, number and your own name in the depositors column.

How about if you asked for an ID before depositing, what do you do? That you writing some else’s name as the depositor even if he owns the account when you are the one paying it in. Think!

I am apolitical...d SAN said he told his banker to give him d form...why not go with d banker or u send d banker to d CJN.After filling d form, initial opening balance was given to d SAN. D SAN didn't call d banker when he got to his office to come and pick d form and d money,he went to d bank himself to deposit into a newly opened account...All what he said were mere statement s,he will need to prove it and convince with proofs dt d money is not his.

If u want to make payment into an account that is not yours...unless d money is urs,u put ur name.If ur brother is sending you,u use his name as depositor,d money is not yours.

In addition you would also sign the persons signature and write down his phone number as the depositor right ?

I did not know about Domiciliary Account till 2014. I had a friend who knows someone in the bank and all the person did was to send me the form to my email and I opened the account from another location. I later asked my friend to help me buy some dollars from the mallam and deposit in my account as I needed to use it for my trip abroad.
