Really need to know this. My Infinix note 5 charger has stopped charging fast. It now takes 8-9hours to charger my phone full. Please what can be responsible for this. And Can i get fast charger in replacement? Thank you

Just go to a phone shop that sell infinix and ask them

Following what has been said in xclub, its like infinix suspended the rollout due to multiple bugs

Look for Samsung charger it's the best , it's sold with the cable at 2500 so tell them u want the head alone it will be N1500 and make sure u are using original USB cable

mind u u can buy an original charger but the USB it came with might not be 2amp chord. This may lead to confusion and misunderstanding.

I once bought an original infinix charger with fake USB cable as follow come, it wasn't fast charging,but when I changed the cable to 2amp chord..boom it started fast charging..
2amp chords are mainly sold saperate unless u buy from credible stores like 3chub,slots etc.

That is why I said make sure u are using original cable ,same thing happened to me ,I was der life to make sure the cable is fast one , I keep on changing until I get what I want , that charger is most important thing because it's so distinguished that ,u will easily know the fake one when u see it , so get the charger , cable is not a big deal to find

My Infinix note 5 is on 3G but it's still showing E. Am using Glo. There is no 4g in my area but there is 3g. Please how do I change the E to 3G?

lol cool, the 3 days thingy is for standby not normal/heavy usage.. No device can guarantee you a 10-hour SOT sef with a 4000-5000mah battery on heavy usage (3g/4g not wifi).

Xiaomi will give you even more than 10 hours. My redmi 5 plus gives about 11 hours SOT, 4000MAH.

It's all about the chipset.

When ever I dialed a number or diad on WhatsApp call or wants to listen to Whatsapp audio the screen will dim ,

I had to put it on my ear and bring it out for me the display to show or I use my hand to cover the screen and open up , please am not enjoying it ,,it's preventing me from clicking loudspeaker when I want, and it's so annoying
