Grammy-winning singer R. Kelly was charged on Friday with criminal sexual abuse of at least three teenagers under age 17, following years of allegations against the 52-year-old R&B singer. This is coming after one Attorney Michael Avenatti uncovered a new, graphic unreleased R. Kelly sextape and submitted it to Cook County prosecutors last Thursday. The 45-minute videotape is said to show R Kelly performing multiple sex acts with an underage girl, whom both Kelly and the girl describe on tape as being 14 years old. Following R Kelly's charge, the attorney shared screenshots from the video on Twitter and said: These are all of R. Kelly. No minor is depicted or shown. A no-bail arrest warrant for Kelly's arrest has been issued and if convicted, the singer faces a maximum of seven years in prison for each count.
