The APC group have decided to rig the election using the card reader. They knew that the igbos are likely to vote for Atiku, they decided to change all eligible igbo voters pictures on the card reader, so they will not be able to vote and the voter whose pictures (mostly hausa faces) are on the card reader will come and vote with a PVC carrying the eligible voter's name.
