I wish everybody success including myself in this part 6.

But please let us encourage people to read, Heybaby12 always say that too,but we don't like to hear such thing. Because this travel need attention and time. To avoid a lot of mistake like: ADMISSION ( e.g sending incomplete document or sending original document to the school instead of photocopy), INTERVIEW (e.g someone went for interview with a certify copy), AM( e.g i have seen a situation where someone got traveling insurance that embassy reject, that traveling date is not complete or so. He posted that last week. And he paid extra 8,000 ). Last two weeks ago someone went and verify his original document.. imagine.

Please let us read. So many guys outside they are tired of some of the question we ask here. Imagine someone ask yesterday " how much is transport from Enugu to Lagos "

Please let us tell ourselves the truth. If your the one that is over they, 1) you came back from exam or lecture, 2) you still enter street to hustle(work). Then you now came to Nairaland to help one or two people out. Then what you will see is " please how much is transport from Enugu to Lagos ". How are you going to feel?

Chriswaso,Edee,Deustchemann etc they have help a lot of people here with experience they gathered here. Just because they read.

I started reading this part 5 around August ending, I didn't ask any single question and I got 6 admission.

I pray that Admission, AM and Visa will fall to everyone

Congrat to you Schwenin
finally..
Am so happy for you.

Please when going on Monday to embassy. Make sure you make enqurie for ticket, but "DONT BOOK YET" till you get Go-ahead from embassy.
Secondly, Write a written note and explain to them what your school said that they can't extend your enrollment if you didn't arrive on Thursday, plead to them if there is anyway they can help you out. That your 100% ready to travel before that thursday (So that they will see that your prepared). That you have also make arrangement for ticket. Attached the letter and also with that mail your school send to you that they can't extend it, with all the requested document and also pray very well. Drop them at embassy and also mail them too (Copy them the mail from your school and the writing note).

God will do it and take the glory.

You can PM me if you didn't understand me well.

I wish you quick Visa

Very encouraging, have been a silent reader since February, but started reading from 2017, 2018 in parts that are relevant till date to get knowledge for winter application 2019. We kind of have same vision, also wrote my waec year 2000, graduated 2008 from Uni, just that I wanted to do my masters abroad and your testimony has given me more courage to keep pushing on. God bless you, hope to see you in Germany soon in Jesus name.

I started in 2017 april I think I met the thread in part 3,towards the end( I made sure I read part 2 and over 300 pages for part 3) was present in the opening ceremony of part 4.

My admission testimony was in part 4,

May AM,visa testimony in Part 5,

I started this dream with 50kobo at hand. I had to share DHL space with my friend cos money no dey to send am.
But favour remembered me just 7 days before my interview ,my confirmation from fintiba came the night before my interview.

Ppl said it was a slim chance for me getting the visa cos I am going for another Bsc after so long , but I went ahead and took the chane. Today it's a different story.

What am I saying here have faith, believe and keep firm to your dreams. If it can happen to me it will happen for you.
I have wanted to leave Nigeria for schooling abroad since I wrote my waec in 2000 but no green light until 18 years later.

Never say never.

I was the one that asked the transport question, and I quoted the guy whom travelled from Enugu to Lagos directly. Mind you it wasn't a question directed to the general forum. Furthermore I had my reason; my English proficiency letter was mailed to me by school, hence the tendency of certifying it at the embassy is low, therefore, I am making plans of traveling to Enugu if possible. Hope you understand now.

Peace be with us all.

May our lips testify to the goodness of God this year as we chase our dreams.

I made up my mind last month to start the process believing that God will make a way financially.

The search for schools that offers my course in English has been tough, besides most schools require sending documents by post. Thus, if I have to apply to about five different schools, that would be too much financial constraints.

Can anyone kindly explain to me how it works with uni-assist?

Vielen Dank.

For those waiting for testimony, your own will surely come. Mine is already here.

I started my research in part 5, applied for admission in part 5, funded my BA and got my AM all in part 5 of this thread. In a few days from now, I will be leaving for Germany.

The journey has not been easy. I remember when I was racking my head looking for schools that would offer me admission because my CGPA is really low(2.46 Nigerian scale, 2.9 German scale). I asked lots of questions and did lots of research. Someone even asked me to pay #250k to get me admission instead of telling me the schools to apply to. Thank God for guys like ObinnaAlex and others who selflessly directed me.

When I hear people who got 3.5+ CGPA come on here to ask questions like whether you can get admission, I just laugh. If I had that GPA eh...chaii...Do your due diligence, do your research.

Most people never believed I would get admission for MSc program in Germany. Even I did not believe it, but like play like play, I got 2 admission offers. One in Anhalt University and one in Berlin.

If you are applying for winter admission session, it’s very important that you do your research. Many people don't read. Nobody will hold your hand if you are not willing to put in the effort; everybody is busy with their own life and process. I said I started my journey in part 5 of this thread but I started reading everything from part 3. Yes, I read part 3, part 4 and was finally up to date in part 5.

It does not make much sense to repeat mistakes that other people have made and documented all because you can’t be bothered to read. Yes, it’s important to ask questions, but read first. There is time. Read and read and read.

Get all your documents ready from day 1. Many people don't worry about letter of English proficiency until it's getting late. if you can afford IELTS, write it. If you can't, go to your school and get the letter before you start your application. Make sure your passport is ready, etc.

That is the much I can say for now. I hope I get to contribute more often in this thread so I can help others too; I was not very active in part 5. I admire the amazing job that people like Eldee, heybaby12, dailydollar, etc are doing here to raise others.

For those of you in DE, I hope to see you soon.

Let us all succeed.

Please if you have any questions for me, ask them here. I don't always get to my PM on time.

I'm truely inspired by this, as for your CGPA, what do you think boasted your chance of getting admitted?

What course did you apply for and was it a direct application to the Anhalt and Berlin?

I anticipate your response.
