No way it would have happened. The fact is things are not rosy under Buhari if we were to tell the truth.

The enlightened ones know it isn't the fault of Buhari but the common man don't know this. In fact, some educated folk are not enlightened enough to know it isn't Buhari's fault. I was listening to one woman lament over the cost of rice sometime ago until I had to educate her. She was like a bag of rice was 7000 naira under Jonathan but now 17000-20000 under Buhari as well as so many inflation in the country. I had to enlighten her before she could reason with me.

One was also my mum and her friends lamenting over the killings happening in Nigeria especially within the Northcentral as well as Ondo, Oyo states etc with the thought that Buhari wanted to Islamise Nigerians. I really don't know where they got such idea from but I guess the churches and opposition had already poisoned their minds oo this. I had to enlighten them till my lips almost cracked.

Besides this, the in house fighting within SW APC party also affected Buhari chances in the SW. Tbh, Buhari was at fault for this. When Tinubu wanted to choose strong political leaders for some SW states, Buhari was part of the people sabotaging Tinubu's effort because he would rather listen to his Northern brethren who were suspicious of Tinubu, thinking Tinubu had hidden agenda and had advised Buhari not to trust Tinubu totally. Now see what's happening today?

Overall, we thank God for the victory and also thumbs up to Osinbajo for his grassroot campaign in the SW. If not for this, we wouldn't be here today.
