Some sort of trading is always good opportunity, by my opinion. If you do some research, you can find some goods under market price and then try to find market for that goods for higher price. Maybe some souvenirs for tourists, or even try to sell it over the Internet

Women wears can be ok. Use another persons shop in another biz to display yours as samples.
