Today was a very sad day for me. Indeed, very sad.

Last week my immediate boss had approved a Nokia 6 for myself and 11 colleagues. O was so excited about this acquisition. Invoices were received and the supplier was meant to bring them on Wednesday.

Today during our weekly management meeting our E.D (Admin/Ops) presented a memo from Head of Controls that patronage of Nokia products should be suspended indefinitely. When pressed further for reasons he explained how our M.D was treated shabbily at Nokia care centre.

Now this is one of the biggest fans of Nokia. I have worked here for 6 years and our tradition has been a phone replacement for performing staff every year and it is ALWAYS Nokia. As a matter of fact I have not used any other brand in 5 years.

Its very sad. Moreso considering that I had looked forward to that Nokia 6 after reading all the reviews.

I hope Nokia Nigeria takes this seriously and resolves whatever virus that is infecting their customer service centre at Ikeja. It has deprived me of a supposedly great phone.

Nope, you can update those on the play store, you'll have the option to use dark mode

My fear about nokia x5 and x6. I think is common among the new generation Nokia phones(late 2017).I complained to dia International customer agent and i was told not to use the phone when charging and to be careful when inserting and removing the charger from its port. Anyway look for a good tech.guy who will change the sub-board of the phone.goodluck.

Same here too... Upgraded yesterday. But few improvements noticed too... Double tap to wake phone more responsive than on oreo, better camera, better ram management and interface.
