Last time I checked, Bubu had OBJ's phone number when he lost in 2003, he had the late Yar' Adua's phone number when he lost in 2007 and he had GEJ's number when he lost in 2011. Did he call any of them?

Calling the presumed winner of presidential election on phone to congratulate him while collation of results is still ongoing is not the only way to accept/concede defeat. It can also be done through press briefing and on verified social media accounts after the end of collation and a formal declaration by INEC. That Former president Goodluck Jonathan did that four years ago doesn't necessarily mean that is what everybody should do.
