The APC in Rivers state has been given a final burial as regards featuring in the elections as the Appeal court seating in Port Harcourt has today struck out the appeal by the APC challenging the Federal high court judgement that delisted the APC from participating in the elections.

The Judgment delivered by Justice Isaiah Akeju relied on other decisions and judgment of the Supreme court on the same matter. The judges in their judgment described the Appeal by the APC as academic exercise hence they all emanated from the same place.

With this judgement, the APC in Rivers state can now sleep till 2023.

At least that will encourage some people that they won't be killed for coming out to vote. not only APC is dead, Amaechi the grasshopper of ubima is also dead in Rivers State.
