Just as London is not the only city in Uk, Lagos also is not the only city in Nigeria.

I can also tell you several other cities they don't operate in viz Plymouth, Bournemouth, Brighton, Croydon, all in the Southeast except for Plymouth in the Southwest.

So why must Lagos adopt what several cities in the UK you've used as an example refuse them?

Lagos did not ban them from having gainful work and income...it banned them for perpetually violating traffic and road regulations and never conforming to road and social behaviors outlined for motor transport operators.
