Who knows of any lasting solution to mouth odour?

Lalasticlala can we pls get this to Front page to get more attention, so that it will be of benefit to all.

Brush after every meal and floss twice a day. I despise mouth odour so seriously.

Guess op mouth is smelling. Lol

It is advisable to always brush your teeth immediately you are about to disconnect from reality in the evening. I mean if you are about to sleep in the evening.
Then brush immediately again after breakfast
Brush deep down your tongue. That is were the smell normally comes from



The thing is bacteria causes anything like odour. Whether mouth odour or vaginal odour
Because bacteria tends to grow fast and they are happy in moist and warm environment
So when you close your mouth for too long it will definitely have this little odour no matter what.
Have you ever wondered why food kept in a refrigerator does not smell. Because bacteria can not grow and will never be happy in a cold environment

Thats why you should open your mouth sometimes and inhale and exhale through it and even the most sensible females sleep nakedd at night to prevent vaginal odour

Take some antibiotics and always use listerine mouth wash. The odour may not be from your mouth. Stomach ulcer and some other factors causes mouth odour . Also consult a dentist.

Brush your teeth twice a day. put lime in water and take it once everyday.. take Lipton.... wash your mouth thoroughly after eating spicy food..... don't eat biscuits all the time..... always stay hydrated...

And finally, don't focus on your mouth...

First of all, open your mouth like the image and examine the tonsil. Inflamed one means its carrying germs and food particles which can stink and cant be cured with just brushing, no matter how long. You have to remove the tonsils or you dislodge the food particles and keep gaggling with warm water and salt solution. But if they are not swollen, then get two brushes, one very hard one for your tongue only and another for brushing your teeth. get an acidic based mouthwash as well and brush immediately after eating i.e thrice a day, so prepare for toothpaste not lasting longer

Your mouth they smell? go see dentist ooo if not oyo na be your case

• Hold lemon/lime water in your mouth for 5 minutes every morning. And do a last rinse with same solution.
Be sure to dilute well because of the acidity.
• Try to find mint leaves and chew them couple of times daily or just chew minty gum.

Both of these will keep your mouth fresh.

Lastly, keep a mouth freshener close by.

Brush regularly

Use mouthwash

Use chewing stick

Empty your bowel regularly

Eat any fruit that reduce or cure halitosis e.g, walnut.

Fresh palm dates, kolanut, bitter kola , etc, keeps it down.

Finally, scrub or brush your tongue to remove that mucus-like stuff for effective results.

It is worrisome seeing so many posts on mouth odour of late. Other than special health issues, no one should have it. One's hygiene should be a priority.

Personal hygiene

Brush twice a day,and especially ur tongue scrub it with ur brush very well each time you brush.

Go for sensodyne toothpaste and in case you still continue to have mouth odour, visit your doctor
