I am a diehard Liverpool fan since the days of Steven Gerard,but I must say if you stale your treasures for Liverpool to win the Epl trophy you might get burnt,this crop of Liverpool players are not ready to win trophy or their manager is not motivating them enough unlike Manchester City,I won't be surprise if Manchester City retain the title,they are more hungrier for it.
Same scenario is playing out in Germany,watch out and see Bayern Munich retain the title..
They rest clubs are just competitors.

Jurgen is absolutely 100% correct. Those journos and pundits can be very annoying sometimes, especially those of them who had played the game themselves .... no wonder most of them couldn't make it in coaching. Listening to them sometimes, I'd keep yelling 'are you freaking kidding me' to my tv. In their opinion, if you need to score, then take out a defender/midfielder, bring in an extra striker. On the other hand, Manchester City will win the league, I've resigned my mind from us winning it. Like you said, the current crop are not ready to win it ditto the coach. The chance we had to win the title was with Benitez.
