Tenor: 5 years.
Interest: 3% pa.
Admin Fee: 2% pa one off payment.
Professional Fee: 2% one off payment.
Repayment: Principal + Interest at the end of the tenor.

Disbursement: 3 tranches within 90days after receipt and confirmation of Bank Guarantee.

The client must secure an Indicative Term Offer Letter from their Bank before we can start any discussions.
We want the borrower to send us a good well clear and clean indicative term offer letter from your bank.
The total administration fees of five years, professional fee and the borrower bank charges issuance of the bank guarantee will be added to the total cost of the project or loan request, the professional fee will be base on the grand total of loan request.

The borrower will send us their company profile, business plan with full five year projection and above and appoint our company to source funds for their company business\project but if the borrower has already appoint brokerage company\fiance company to source funds for their company business\project we will like to have the copy alongside with the borrower company profile and business plan.
